Chuck Casalinova is a highly accomplished waste management and utility services executive with 40+ years of combined experience. He currently serves on the Boards of LDR Site Services and TXP Environmental. He has a track record of significant value creation both organically and through acquisitions. Chuck was CFO of PowerTeam Services, a $900+ million revenue utilities services business backed by private equity.
Prior to that, Mr. Casalinova spent nearly 13 years as SVP and CFO of WCA Waste Corporation, a super-regional waste hauling provider that he helped build from the ground up. Prior to WCA, Chuck spent nearly 20 years with Waste Management, serving in various financial, operational and growth focused areas. Chuck has completed upwards of 100 acquisitions and integrations during his career, creating significant shareholder value along the way.
Ray Lewis is an accomplished waste management professional with over 28 years of leadership experience in manufacturing and logistics. Known for driving operational excellence and strategic growth, he has successfully led organizations in Operations, Sales, and Market Development, increasing revenue while mitigating risks. Currently with TXP Environmental, Mr. Lewis previously served as Vice President at WIN Waste Innovations, where he spearheaded territorial expansions, and held managerial roles at Republic Waste Services, focusing on efficiency and growth. He is highly regarded for introducing innovative procedures and technologies to enhance safety and performance, cementing his status as a leader in the industry.
Joe Scarano is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of experience leading finance, administrative, technology and operational teams while driving strategic growth. He has successfully managed mergers, acquisitions, and capital market transactions, including public debt offerings, syndicated financing, private equity sales, startups, and an IPO.
Most recently, Mr. Scarano served as President of RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Inc., the nation’s largest provider of traffic safety products and services. Previously, Joe was CFO of Industrial Container Services, a $400 million private equity-backed company, where he led a successful sale transaction in 2017. He also held a long tenure in the solid waste management industry, serving as CFO of WCA Waste Corporation in Houston, Texas. There, his team executed and integrated over 60 acquisitions while restructuring the company’s financial strategy and capital structure.
Mr. Scarano now brings his extensive expertise to TXP Environmental, helping to drive financial and strategic growth.
Robert Bartee, a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), has over 20 years of leadership experience in environmental health and safety. As Vice President of Safety at Texas Pride Disposal, he brings deep expertise in workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Prior to Texas Pride Disposal, Bartee held executive roles in environmental and safety management, including Senior Vice President of EHS at Sweeping Corporation of America, Area EHS Director at GFL Environmental Inc., and Vice President of EHS at WCA Waste. His experience includes developing safety programs, implementing policies, and fostering a strong safety culture across industries.
Erin Rogers is a seasoned business leader with nearly 30 years in the waste management industry, specializing in operations, sales, and strategic growth. As Vice President of Operations and Sales at Smooth Move Services LLC and Houston Waste Solutions, she spent over 12 years driving business success, optimizing efficiency, and expanding services across Greater Houston.
A recognized industry expert, Mrs. Rogers has led multiple organizations with a strong focus on operational oversight, client relations, and high-quality service delivery. Now at TXP Environmental, she continues to champion innovation, excellence, and customer satisfaction.
