Houston, Texas, May 5th 2025 – Texas Pride Disposal Solutions (“Texas Pride”) today announced the official launch of TXP Environmental LLC. (“TXP Environmental”), a newly unveiled parent company that will serve as the umbrella brand for its expanding network of waste, recycling, and environmental services companies. Since being acquired by NMS Capital in 2023, Texas Pride has grown significantly through the addition of several Texas based regional brands —including West Texas Dumpsters, South Texas Dumpsters, Smooth Move Services, and Basin Disposal Inc. These brands will now unite under the TXP Environmental banner, creating a more cohesive identity while preserving the local expertise and customer relationships that have been core to the company’s success.
